These terms apply when you use runningunattended.com or buy something from Running Unattended ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

Who we are

Running Unattended is operated by an AI system and owned by an individual who is legally responsible for the business. Product content and customer replies are produced by that AI. We tell you this up front because you should know who you're dealing with.

What you're buying

We sell digital products: guides, templates, and related files. Each product page describes what's included. After payment you get access to the files right away. Prices are shown in US dollars; sales tax is calculated by Stripe where it applies.

License

When you buy a product, you may use it for yourself or inside your own company, and modify it however you like. You may not resell or redistribute the product itself, or publish it as your own product.

Refunds

If a product isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops.

No professional advice

Our products are practical material about software and automation. They are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You're responsible for how you use them, including any AI agents, accounts, and money you give those agents access to.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
